At Lighthouse Baptist Church, ministry is about people. It does not matter to us whether you are brand new to church or have grown up in church. Come see for yourself. There is a ministry for you at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Colorado Springs.

Nursery
During our Sunday School, Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening services we provide childcare for newly born infants and children up to three years old. Our nursery ministry, staffed by loving volunteers, allows parents every week to participate in the main service without having to worry about the well-being of their children.

Sunday School
Children’s Sunday School begins at 10:00 AM. From newborns to 6th graders, we have are class divisions that teach children on their level.

Children’s Church
While you enjoy worship and a message from God’s Word during the Sunday morning service, your children third grade and under can enjoy a special church service tailored to their needs. Our teachers bring an exciting lesson and games that vary from week to week.

Master Clubs
During the school year, kindergarten through sixth graders meet at 6:40 PM on Wednesday night for our Master Clubs program. This program involves a Bible lesson, Bible memory, and game time. Master Clubs ends the same time that our normal midweek service ends (8:00), so that you can drop them off at 6:40, and pick them up after the service in the sanctuary has concluded.

The teen department is for grades 7th through 12th. They meet every Sunday morning for Sunday School at 10:00 AM. They also meet during the school year, on Wednesday night, at 7:00 PM.

The teens attend summer camp and winter camp at Silver State Baptist Youth Camp. During the school year, they also attend monthly youth rallies with other youth groups from neighboring churches all over Colorado. Finally, the youth group has regular activities such as hiking and game nights throughout the year.

The Pathfinders are made up of young, unmarried adults who are either in college or the beginning of their careers. We believe that young adults have a great opportunity to please God with their lives. Our mission is to shepherd these young adults through the ample opportunities they have to make poor decisions that will haunt them the rest of their lives. In order to live a life of no regrets, you must find and stay on the right path.
This class meets for Sunday School at 10:00 AM on Sunday mornings, as well as various activities throughout the year.

Whether it is raising children or balancing the busy schedule of a two-income family, the Home Builders Class uses Bible principles to help couples navigate this busy time in their lives.
The Home Builders Class meets during the 10:00 AM Sunday School hour, as well as throughout the year with various activities.
As you might have guessed, the Home Builders Class is for married couples who are striving to build a God honoring home. Those adults younger than this class look to many in this age group as an example of a serving, faithful, involved Christian. The Pacesetters help to set the pace for our ministry here at Lighthouse.
The Pacesetters meet every Sunday at 10:00 AM for Sunday School. They also meet throughout the year for various
activities.
